7-Day Refund Policy
We offer a partial refund for credit purchases made within **7 days**. Please note that a **20% processing fee** is deducted from all refunds to cover administrative and transaction costs.
1. Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- The purchase must have been made within the last **7 days**.
- The credits included in the purchase must still be present in your account balance (**unconsumed**). We do not offer partial refunds for consumed credits.
- You must not have violated our Terms of Service.
2. Refund Processing Fee
All approved refunds are subject to a **20% processing fee**. This fee is deducted from the original purchase amount. For example, if you purchased credits for $19.00, you would receive a refund of $15.20.
3. Consumed Credits
Because our service consumes AI compute resources in real-time, we cannot offer refunds for credits that have already been used to generate replies. If you have used even a portion of the credits from a specific transaction, that specific transaction becomes ineligible for a refund.
4. No-Questions-Asked Policy
Within the 7-day window and provided the credits are unused, we offer a no-questions-asked refund policy to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase experience at ReplyBunker.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@replybunker.com with your Account Email and the Transaction ID provided in your Paddle receipt. Our team will process your request within 24-48 hours.
