1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using ReplyBunker (the official legal business name is "ReplyBunker"), referred to as "we," "our," or "the Service," you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

ReplyBunker is an AI-powered assistant designed to help YouTube content creators draft and publish replies to viewer comments. The service relies on third-party APIs including the YouTube Data API and generative AI models to provide its functionality.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that you are solely responsible for the content published through ReplyBunker. While we provide AI drafts, you are expected to review these drafts (unless utilizing the auto-post feature at your own risk). ReplyBunker is not liable for offensive, inappropriate, or inaccurate statements generated by the AI and subsequently published to your YouTube channel.

4. Third-Party Services Integration

Our service integrates directly with YouTube. Your use of ReplyBunker is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service. We are an independent service not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC or YouTube.

5. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, reporting, or liability, for any reason, particularly if you violate these Terms of Service or misuse the platform in a way that violates YouTube's community guidelines.

6. Payment and Credits

ReplyBunker operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system. Each unique social media profile connected to the service is eligible for a one-time allocation of 100 free promotional credits upon its first connection. Disconnecting and reconnecting the same profile will not grant additional free credits.

Credits purchased are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused credits remain in your account indefinitely, provided your account remains active and in good standing.

7. Limitation of Liability

ReplyBunker is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReplyBunker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses.

8. Team Management and Manager Actions

If you utilize the Team Management feature to grant other users ("Managers") access to your channels, you agree that you are solely responsible for all actions taken by such Managers. ReplyBunker is NOT liable for any misuse, unauthorized actions, harmful content, or credit consumption performed by Managers you have authorized. You are responsible for monitoring and managing your team permissions.

9. Data Deletion and Anti-Abuse

Users may request account deletion at any time via the Settings panel. Upon request, all personal data (name, email, drafts) will be scheduled for permanent removal within 30 days. However, to prevent system abuse and preserve the integrity of our promotional credit offers, we retain minimal, anonymized identifiers for social media profiles (such as YouTube Channel IDs) and their credit history. This record is permanent and survives data deletion requests to ensure no one can misuse the free credit allocation by repeatedly deleting and re-adding platforms.
